The man's bladder must be full and he must have ejaculated recently for this to work. The man may not be able to maintain a full erection during this act. Some KY jelly helps for inserting a less than erect lingam. Once in, he pees inside her. This is not easy and takes some concentration on the man's part. It does get easier with practice. The woman's yoni may make a something of a seal around the man's lingam. This will cause her yoni to inflate.
